Esther’s School is a private, non-denominational Christian school system serving grades K–12 across eight campuses in West Central Florida. Our model supports both mainstream students and those with exceptionalities, empowering every learner to thrive.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a mission-driven, student-focused Principal to lead one of our campus locations for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a hands-on leadership role for a collaborative, compassionate individual who is committed to Christ-centered education and excellence in academic and spiritual development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a Christ-centered, safe, nurturing, and effective learning environment for all students, including those with exceptionalities
• Provide instructional leadership and spiritual guidance to teachers, staff, and students
• Support and routinely evaluate classroom instruction
• Collaborate with administration and fellow principals to implement school-wide goals and initiatives
• Oversee daily school operations including staff scheduling, student discipline, and parent communication
• Coordinate non-learning center activities and events, i.e. fire drills, special events. field trips, orientation, graduation
• Coordinate with third-party service providers and maintain compliance with DOE and other regulatory requirements
• Lead staff meetings, professional development sessions, and spiritual devotionals
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and community partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Experience supporting students with exceptionalities, including those with learning differences, behavioral needs, or developmental disabilities preferred
• Alignment with the Christian mission and values of Esther’s School
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to complete certification through our accrediting body
