The Council for American Private Education recently obtained the summary data for the 2014 AP exams from the College Board. The data is intriguing, but was is most start is the disproportionate number of exams taken by private school students and the disproportionate number of students from private schools that scored a 3 or higher.*

Additionally, according to the report, “gaps in AP scores between black students and white students are narrower in private schools than in public schools.”
