In a recent survey conducted by the League of Christian Schools one of the greatest challenges facing schools in 2024 is employee retention. In other surveys recently conducted, salary and benefits was a leading cause of teacher attrition. We understand that offering and managing employee benefits can be a daunting task, especially for Christian schools with limited resources.
To better understand the challenge and how the League may be able to offer assistance, we are seeking input on your current benefits.
