Project Description

Dr. Robinson has served on the board continually since 2004. He joined the board as Vice President, was elected to President in 2006, and served in that capacity until 2018. Upon taking the position at SAGU he resigned the Presidency, since an elected officer must hold a position in an LCS school, and assumed his current position.

Dr. Robinson has been a Christian leader since he was 12 years old when he was appointed Children’s church junior pastor. In church leadership, he has held positions as a Sunday school teacher, youth leader, choir member, soloist, and platform musician. He has been a choir director, worship pastor, youth pastor, Sunday school superintendent, and deacon. As a musician, he plays piano, guitar, and bass guitar and writes and arranges music. He has been an educational leader since July 2000, when he took over as Headmaster at Trinity Christian Academy in Deltona, FL. He served there until June 2018 when he assumed his current position as Dean of the Harrison Graduate School at SAGU.

Dr. Robinson received a B.A. in French from Florida Technological University (now UCF) in 1978, an M.Ed. from Troy State University in 1993, and an Ed.D. from UCF in 2011. He served for 22 years in the U.S. Air Force (well, 21 yrs, 11 months, and 9 days, but who’s counting) flying as an Electronic Warfare Officer in the F4G Wild Weasel (awesome jet—Google it) until retiring as a LtCol in July 2000. He is married since 1977 to Debra, the love of his life, and has three children and 5 grandchildren.
