The College Board has announced that it will make significant changes to the traditional SAT to include:
- discontinuing SAT Subject Tests
- discontinuing the optional SAT Essay
- a more flexible SAT—a streamlined, digitally delivered test that meets the evolving needs of students and higher education
Some of these changes are effective immediately. College Board will reach out to students directly.
